Entry Level Hunting on Rocktropia

Here is a list of “puny” and low-level creatures for Rocktropia. Use this page if you are new, free to play, or on a budget. Rocktropia has not implemented its own Creature Codex, so the only creatures that count are those that can also be found on Calypso. Rocktropia uses the old-style mission as a skill reward, enjoy it while it’s the last of its kind.

First, an explanation of how each planet is split into 3 sections – Links for each planet are at the bottom of the page. For each creature listed, I will try to provide a self-verified location. Please note that there may be better locations than what I provide on these pages and there are surely more locations available to hunt. You just have to explore!

To create a waypoint on your map using the coordinates on this page; copy the location (including the brackets), type /wp in your chat box, and then paste the location, then press enter. Example: /wp [Planet Name, Longitude, Latitude, Z-Axis, Label]

Rocktropia is a great planet to solo or even duo sweat Forum Trolls, Soulshakers, (and eventually Haters) – low damage, high HP humanoids. If you are looking for a solo spot, try just North of [Rocktropia, 134220, 83448, 145, The Ballister Apartments], using the turret by the TP, if you’d like. Haters are the best target, avoid the Mulholland Boys if you are solo.

Shy Vixens (and various other mobs) have a daily mission associated with them. Mission: “The AI War”; Hunt 40 AI is available here: [Rocktropia,136229, 85006, 238, Hunt 40 AI Mission]. Be aware that there is both 10 HP and 50 HP Vixens Mixed, you will need a different weapon for each.

The AI will also spawn around Thieves, Thugs, Hustlers, and Zombie Biker Prospects. Use your [Cheap A$$ Ammo] only on the AI when they spawn, or you may run out (TT pistol with Universal Ammo worked for me on this mission after I abandoned and reaccepted after running out of Cheap A$$ Ammo).

Remember to pick up the repeatable mission from [Rocktropia, 136352, 84750, 238, Mobile Mike] if you have a [ROCKtropia Police Radio] for the Police Call 11-25 mission (and others at a higher level).

This first set of creatures is good to hunt with a Trade Terminal (TT) Pistol, Powerfist, or Shortblade, they are between 2 – 20 HP.

  • L2 Forum Troll (2 HP) – All over the streets between Old and New Harlem.
  • L4 Bank Robber (2 HP) – [Rocktropia, 135291, 87897, 122, L4 Bank Robber] these do not count as “thieves” for the 5 Pound Workout
  • L3 ROCKtropian (5 HP) – All over the streets between Old and New Harlem.
  • Cyber Street Vixen (Shy 10 HP) – [Rocktropia, 136305, 85040, 239, Shy Vixens]
  • Digital Club Doll (Shy 10 HP) – [Rocktropia, 136305, 85040, 239, Shy Vixens]
  • Glamour Girl Drone (Shy 10 HP) – [Rocktropia, 136305, 85040, 239, Shy Vixens]
  • Electro Dance Machine (Shy 10 HP) – [Rocktropia, 136305, 85040, 239, Shy Vixens]
  • L2 / L4 Thief (10 HP) – [Rocktropia, 135862, 87932, 119, Thief / Thugs Mixed] or [Rocktropia, 135467, 87906, 106, Waypoint]
  • L3 / “L4” / L5 Thug (20 HP) – [Rocktropia, 135593, 88169, 106, Thug / “Thieves”]. Mission: 5 Pound Workout [Rocktropia, 135752, 88072, 101, Ivan] or [Rocktropia, 135862, 87932, 119, Thief / Thugs Mixed]. There is also an hourly mission (Bar Job – Making Bank At The Bar) [Rocktropia, 135328, 88082, 107, Alia], L4 does not count because they have no name.

In this next section, you will find a list of creatures that are suitable to hunt if you have purchased a Starter Pack from the Entropia Universe Webshop, or are using a TT Rifle or Long blade. These are good for your unamped Z12 Barbarella laser rifle, the TT Rifle is ok for 30 HP, and the TT Long Blade is ok for 40 HP. To see if more hunting missions are available, scroll back up and read the first section of this page. The following creatures are between 30 – 40 HP.

  • L5 Thug (20 HP) – [Rocktropia, 135862, 87932, 119, Thief / Thugs Mixed]
  • L5 / L6 Hustler (30 HP) – [Rocktropia, 135837, 88035, 120, Hustler / “Thieves”] You can wear CDF Armor (Calypso) with Imperium Plates (Cyrene) for these.
  • L3 Pissed Off Cop (40 HP) – Mixed with Thieves and Thugs in Old and New Harlem.

This final section is a list of creatures suitable to hunt if you have purchased a Starter Pack Gold or Platinum from the Entropia Universe Webshop, or if you are using the TT Long blade (ok for 50 HP). You will be using your Z12 Barbarella + ZX Sinkadus laser rifle and amp. Before you do much hunting at this level, complete the full mission chain “Treys City Of Dreams Tour” that starts with [Rocktropia, 135446, 88173, 106, Trey], if you have not already. You can use [Lockpick Kit I] for the Soulshaker missions, and then the loose spawns for the daily Police Call. To see if more hunting missions are available, scroll back up and read the first section of this page. These creatures are between 50 – 60 HP.

  • Daikiba (Young 50 HP) – [Rocktropia, 138083, 87930, 179, Daikiba Mixed Maturity]. These should contribute to Codex and have a mission “30 Pound Workout” that you can pick up from Ivan at Muscle Park [Rocktropia, 135760, 88071, 100, Waypoint].
  • Fembot Raver (Shy 50 HP) – [Rocktropia, 136305, 85040, 239, Shy Vixens]
  • Gynoid Elite Series (Shy 50 HP) – [Rocktropia, 136305, 85040, 239, Shy Vixens]
  • Touch Sensitive Cyborg (Shy 50 HP) – [Rocktropia, 136305, 85040, 239, Shy Vixens]
  • L4 Forum Troll (50 HP) – There is a mission for these: [Rocktropia, 136218, 84727, 238, Lt. Funk]. I could only find a few across the street, mixed in with Rocktropians. I ran into a 200 HP Forum Troll down the road near Soulshakers. I don’t think the L1 Forum Troll in Harlem counts for this mission.
  • L1 / L5 Soulshaker (60 HP / 50 HP) – A few on the hill here, watch out for the L2, it’s a little too high for you (100 HP). [Rocktropia, 136014, 84400, 229, L1 Soulshaker].   • Zombie Biker Prospect (Young 50 HP / Adult 50 HP / Old 60 HP / Slow 60 HP) – [Rocktropia, 133477, 93039, 104, Zombie Biker Prospect Mixed]– AI can spawn here too. Check for a mission chain from Drill Sgt. Breakerz [Rocktropia, 136188, 93055, 110, Drill Sgt. Breakerz]
